The ECO CITY booking process through Barcelona ECO CITY is fully automatic and all credit card transactions are 100% secure.
If the credit card gives you a permanent error, verify that it has not expired.
Make sure you have not exceeded the monthly limit that you have assigned to your credit card.

Can I make the reservation once I have arrived in Barcelona?

We recommend you book in advance, as some of the activities and products that you will find in Barcelona ECO CITY are highly demanded and may not have availability.
Anyway, if you prefer to wait and make the reservation once you arrive in Barcelona, you can visit one of the official points of sale or buy from our Trixis, with the help of drivers.

Can I book more than one activity in Barcelona and surroundings?
